You just never know what new treasure you will find.

Went Picking

It has been a busy month and I have not had time to post an update until today. Just wanted to post a few teaser pictures of why I have been busy. I have been out and about picking!! Still a lot of cleaning, inventorying and tagging to do before it hits the floor but hope to have some of the smalls on the floor in the coming week or so. We have another new vendor in as well, and I will be sharing their story and pictures in the coming days. Busy times here in the store lately so if you are in the area, stop in and take a look at what is new. You never know what great treasure you will find.

New Vendor Arrived

It is Friday and the beginning of another weekend. What better way to start it off then with the introduction of a new vendor here at the The Co-Op Yesterday & Today Antiques. Jo’s Woodcraft Design has taken a space here and called it Gnome Country by Joleen Swanson. You may have seen her creations at various local craft shows. These handmade gnomes are one of the most adorable and creative things here in the shop. Jolene has a very personal connection to each one she creates. As she puts it, “Each is like a kid to me”. She also goes on to explain that each gnome tends to speak to her as she creates them and have their own unique personality. Each is made with great care and as a testament to this she puts a heart inside each gnome that is signed with love. As if this isn’t enough, she also does macrame wall hangings. She brought a few of these in as well. Take a look at some photos of the creations she has to offer, and you can find Gnome Country in our shelf aisle here at the store. Welcome aboard Gnome Country!!!

Summer Blowout Sale August 6 & 7

We are having our summer blowout sale Saturday August 6 and Sunday August 7. For those 2 days, from 11am to 5pm, EVERYTHING in the store will be 20% off. Regardless of cash or charge, reduced or regular price, it is all 20% off. Stop on in and grab some great deals. Visit our Facebook page for more photos. See you there!!!!

Vendor Space Available

We have vendor space available here in the store. These spaces are clean, freshly painted and ready to move in. We are not only looking for antique vendors, but those who repurpose thrift items or have a unique craft skill that would complement antiques. If you or someone you know is interested, please stop in sometime and ask for John for more details. The store is open Wednesday through Sunday 11am to 5 pm.

Simple Times

Simple Times, our newest vendor, has a nice line of products to offer here in the shop. You can choose from a variety of soaps, lip balms and gift baskets. All their products are made using goat milk from their own Toggenburg Dairy Goat herd, so you know their products are all farm fresh. Their goal is to bring you products that are natural and wholesome for the whole family.

Check This Out!

Here we have a sturdy Cherry dropleaf table perfect for anywhere in your house. Also featured is an original Gone with the Wind oil lamp which, unlike many others of its kind, was never electrified!
